Orpto offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan you choose. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your use of Stripe is subject to their own Terms of Service.
Orpto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on the site. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
